Dawn and Mike are incredible business people! I was referred to Dawn for the mold treatment. Dawn asked me questions and taught me how to treat the mold by myself. We talked almost 40 minutes on phone. She is very professional and responsible. Mike and his co-worker came to my house to check out the mold after I reached them again. He was willing to help me fix the heat release pipe after learned the steam came out to the laundry room every time I used dryer. They came back to fix the pipe the following day as they said. Other companies take up to a week to get test results back for a higher price. Already refer her to clients and other contractors, and will to continue to do so!
